you take, a 2 normal lego guys, then a little square peice to connect them by the feet togethor, then you put liquid glue in the legs to stabalize it, let it harden, then use a drill of some sort, (i used a drill press), than you drill a hole through the square peice and all 4 legs, but make sure its a little larger then the regular valve cap. then put the valve cap in the hole. and glue that. then its done! YAY

Ya, Jay hoots has actually done a lot for all lower main land bike parks. He just builds them "safely". I wouldn't say he fucks them up, but he does what the city expects, and though he doesn't always do what the riders want, he builds some pretty dam cool stuff. Look at Burnaby bike park for example, now that is pretty sweet local bike park that any body can ride.
